WHEN IS JACKSON HOLE FOOD & WINE SUMMER FESTIVAL?

Our Summer Festival is scheduled for June 20 - 22, 2024.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets can be purchased via our website on March 20 at 10am MST.

HOW MUCH DO TICKETS COST?

Our tickets prices range vary depending on the type of event you choose to attend. More information about specific tickets can be found here.

ARE JHFW TICKETS TAX DEDUCTIBLE?

The Dinner Series tickets are tax deductible. You should work with your tax professional to determine the tax deductible amount.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All ticket purchases are FINAL. Our events are held rain or shine (or snow, which happens sometimes even during our summer events!) and if we are able to have the event, even with a delayed start time due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to refund the tickets.

IF I AM FROM OUT OF TOWN, WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Please visit www.jhfoodandwine.com/summer-getting-here for lodging and travel information.

WHAT IS THE ATTIRE FOR EACH EVENT?

wine Tasting

This event is casual.

Taste of Jackson Hole

This event is a step above casual, but why not dress up a bit for a fun evening out! It can get cold at night so we recommend bringing a warm jacket for the ride up and down the gondola.

Dinner Series

We would recommend cocktail attire for these dinners, why not give yourself an excuse to dress up a bit!

Savor

The event will be held on a beautiful Jackson Hole ranch. We suggest wearing festive summer attire and/or western wear. We encourage sturdy shoes that you can walk around on the grass, i.e. not stilettos. As nights are cool, we encourage you to bring a wrap, sweater or jacket for the evening.

Shoes: Cowboy boots, wedges, flats, espadrilles or comfortable shoes recommended.

HOW IS THE WEATHER IN JACKSON?

Temperatures vary throughout June, with an average high in the low to mid 70s and lows in the 40s as the sun dips. Days are typically sunny. Layers are recommended.

CAN I TAKE THE START BUS TO TASTE OF JACKSON HOLE?

Yes! To view the bus schedule please click here.

DOES JACKSON HOLE OFFER RIDE SHARE PROGRAMS OR TAXI SERVICES?

We always recommend carpooling or ride share programs to our events! Jackson Hole does have UBER and LYFT services, but sometimes they can be limited due to demand. If you wish to schedule a car service, we recommend A Black Car Service (reservations are required).

Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive. Please alert a staff member or volunteer if you would like assistance arranging transportation home from the event.

WHO ARE THESE EVENTS BENEFITING?

For 2024, proceeds from our events will support the growth and development of our 501(c)(3) in addition to Hole Food Rescue.

WILL ANY EVENTS BE CANCELED DUE TO BAD WEATHER?

Our events are held rain or shine (or snow, which happens sometimes even during our summer events!) and if we are able to have the event, even with a delayed start time due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to refund the tickets.

I HAVE DIETARY ISSUES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The events at JHFW feature a wide variety of foods and beverages from all categories. We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef, server or vendor whether or not allergens or ingredients are in the dishes you are going to consume.

If attending the Dinner Series, please contact Haynes Oakley with any questions - haynes@jhfoodandwine.com.

ARE EVENTS FOR 21 AND OVER?

All festival events are 21 and older. No children, infants or pets are allowed to attend any festival event for the safety of all parties. Prepare to have your IDs checked.

WHAT ARE YOUR EVENT SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES?

  • Provide water filling stations to minimize single use water bottles.

  • We use real china and glassware at the majority of our culinary events, and at our Grand Tasting Events we give all guests and participants a reusable keepsake glass or tumbler.

  • When disposable plates or flatware are required we purchase eco-friendly plates, bowls and cutlery for our vendor participants.

  • We recycle any event items we can such as cardboard and glass bottles.

  • We encourage car-pooling and public transportation when possible.

  • We re-use decor when possible and invested in vases and paper floral arrangements that we can reuse in future events.

  • Ticketing and guest communications are all online.

  • We have reduced printed marketing materials (such as posters and flyers) and communicate more through email and social media to reduce paper waste.

  • We distribute branded bags to guests at our Grand Tasting events that are perfect for grocery shopping and to help eliminate single use bags.
