Export Director Jean-Luc Pepin for nearly 40 years has been a key member of one of Burgundy’s most esteemed estates, Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé in Chambolle-Musigny. This historic winery, with family origins that can be traced back to 1450, is renowned for its long-lived wines, the pinnacle of which is the estate’s celebrated Le Musigny Grand Cru. Jean-Luc was born on France’s Atlantic coast and traveled the world to further his business career, eventually landing in Burgundy in the early 1980s to join another respected Burgundian winery, Maison Joseph Drouhin, in Beaune. Since 1988, Jean-Luc has handled French and international sales relationships for Vogüé. He is eager to share with guests his decades-deep knowledge of Vogüé’s grand vintages and vinous lore.
